Swedish massage: It speeds up the exchange of de-oxygenated and toxic blood from the extremities, improving blood circulation, reducing stress, tension and anxiety.

Deep tissue massage: A strong pressure, deeply relaxing massage mainly focusing on the deeper layer of muscle tissue, relaxing you, removing toxins and soothing muscle aches.

Balinese massage: Good for relaxation, improving circulation and loosening stiff joints; pressure is medium to strong.

Aromatherapy massage: Ideal for relaxation, improving circulation and lymphatic flow.

Abhyangam massage: A short to medium pressure massage using long flowing strokes to improve eyesight, lower blood pressure, remove toxins and promote rejuvenation.

Foot reflexology massage: Relaxes vital organs by concentrating on the massage of key pressure points of the feet.
